1. Digital Products & Masterclasses

Due to the proprietary nature of our institutional trading frameworks and financial astrology systems, all sales of digital courses, recorded masterclasses, and digital materials are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted to the digital content, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Live Webinars & Workshops

Cancellations for live webinars or physical workshops must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. If VD Financepedia reschedules or cancels an event, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future date.

3. Mentorship Programs

Enrollment in long-term mentorship programs requires a serious commitment. Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your ongoing mentorship, you must provide a 14-day written notice before your next billing cycle.

4. Process for Requesting Cancellations

To request a cancellation for an eligible service, please email our support team at vdfinancepedia@gmail.com with your order ID, full name, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
